Win the ultimate weekend in Barcelona, with pre-season testing hospitality and a visit to the Racing Point F1 team's garage!
Last week social media was awash with the sound of the new F1 engines being turned over for the first time. Today, Haas has been the first to unveil their brand new 2019 car and livery complete with Rich Energy branding. It can mean only one thing; we are fast approaching the start of a new exciting F1 season.
With new aero regulations coming into force, teams changing engines, new team identities and new controls around fuel usage and driver weight, excitement and expectation is building. 2019 is poised to be one of the most eagerly anticipated in years.
The coming 10 days will see all the other teams follow suit, ahead of the first pre-season test starting on the 18 February at Barcelona. The big question after the unveil is who will come out on top? Can Mercedes retain top of the pile? Can RedBull hit the ground running with Honda? Will Alfa Romeo be able to build on Sauber 2018 form and really challenge the mid table? Will McLaren and Williams show improvements over recent campaigns? Only time will tell.
To celebrate the prospect of what Testing has in store, we have created a unique competition to send one lucky pair to experience Pre-Season testing first hand as part of an Ultimate Long Weekend in Barcelona.
We will fly you to Barcelona, put you in a hotel in the centre of Barcelona, and then transport you to the Circuit de Catalunya to experience the final day of testing within the luxury of the Montjuic Suite. Situated directly above the team garages in the pit lane, you will watch Testing from this unique vantage point, be treated to complimentary food and drink throughout the day, and be able to walk the pit lane and see all the teams up-close.
You also have an invitation to the Racing Point team team garage, so you can see their brand new 2019 car up-close, as well as the drivers and the team as they prepare for the upcoming season. With the cars so new and shrouded in secrecy, this really is a unique opportunity, and one people rarely get to see, especially so close.
After an action-packed Friday at testing, we will then take you back into the centre of Barcelona, to enjoy a fantastic weekend on us in the city itself. Complete with tours of the city, access to key landmarks and museums, dinner on Saturday at a top local restaurant, and £500 spending money. All flights and transfers are included.
All you need to do is decide what to pack and be available to depart for Barcelona on the afternoon of Thursday 28 February.
