Motorsport Live is giving the chance for five lucky race goers to this weekend’s French Formula 1 Grand Prix at to WIN a seat upgrade for them and a guest.

Have you got a General Admission ticket, or already have a grandstand ticket at Sainte Baume, Chicane, Le Beausset? Enter today and WIN an upgrade for race day to the Start/Finish line grandstand, courtesy of Motorsport Live.

To enter, all you need to do is take a picture of you and your friends having fun at Circuit Paul Ricard on Friday 21 or Saturday 22 June. Then simply share on Instagram, being sure to tag Motorsport Live and use the hashtag #UpgradeMyGP. The five pictures with the most likes WIN the upgrade. It's that simple! Good luck!

Full competition terms and conditions - WIN A SEAT UPGRADE FOR THIS WEEKEND'S FRENCH F1 GRAND PRIX.

1. To enter, share you picture(s) on Instagram between Friday 10am and Saturday 5pm.
2. Only pictures with the associated tagging and hashtag will be applicable for the competition.
3. The competition closes at 5pm on Saturday 22 June 2019.
4. There is no limit as to the number of pictures that can be submitted by any applicant.
5. This competition is open to anyone over the age of 18, who is in possession of a valid race ticket purchased from any official source.
6. There is no cash alternative.
7. Original tickets remain the property of the applicant and are not exchanged for the upgraded tickets.
8. Prize is non-transferable.
9. Winners will be selected based on those images with the most likes. Where there is a tie in the number of likes Motorsport Live will decide on the winner(s) at their own discretion.
10. Prize includes up to four Start Finish line grandstand tickets (up to five winners will be selected).
11. Winners will be messaged via Instagram at 6pm Saturday 22 June 2019 and outlined in a news article published at Motorsportlive.com
12 Where it has not been possible to make contact with the winner(s) by 8pm, alternative winner(s) will be selected based on the next best placed entry.
13. We will try our best to contact winner, however if we are unable to get in touch within 2 hours, we reserve the right to defer to the next best rated entry and reallocate the prize.
14. To claim prize, Winners will need to meet Motorsport Live representatives on Sunday at 12pm. Exact meeting location inside the circuit, will be agreed with the winners Saturday evening.
15. The promoter's decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into.

1 INTRODUCTION

1.1 The following general terms and conditions apply to the F1 GP Social Media Giveaway Contest (the "Contest") operated by Motorsport Network, LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its principal office located at 5972 NE 4th Avenue, Miami FL, 33137, and its subsidiaries ("Our", "Us" and "We") via our Media platforms:

o Motorsport.com and Motor1.com across local edition for US, UK, FRA, NL, GER, CH, ITA, SPA, POL, RUS and Middle-East

These Terms and Conditions are in addition to our privacy policy available across any Media Platform above. This privacy policy governs how We may use the data We collect from you.

1.2 Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. These Terms and Conditions set out who can enter the Contest, how the Contest will be run and the circumstances in which We may withhold all or part of the Prizes and/or disqualify you. By submitting an entry for a Contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and agree that if you win, you will grant to Us the right to use your both names of attendees to the Grand Prix and/or image in Our publicity as set out below.

1.3 We reserve the right to cancel or amend these Terms and Conditions and/or the Contest at any time without prior notice to the extent that it is reasonably necessary. When you enter a Contest you are deemed to accept the Terms and Conditions at the date you enter. Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be posted in the Contest Notice.

1.4 These Terms and Conditions are subject and in addition to any local laws and/or regulations controlling contests, giveaways or other programs of this nature. In the event the local laws of the jurisdiction where you are located should conflict with these Terms and Conditions, the local laws and/or regulations shall control and supersede.

1.5 We reserve the right to disqualify you if We have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any of these Terms and Conditions.

2 ELIGIBILITY

2.1 To enter the Contest both winners must:

(a) be resident of one of the following countries or its territories: US, UK, FRA, NL, GER, CH, ITA, SPA, POL, RUS and Middle-East;

(b) be able to comply with all the Terms and Conditions; and

2.2 You must not be an employee, agent or a director of, or a member of the family of an employee, agent or director of:

(a) Us or any of Our associated companies or subsidiaries; or

(b) any advertising agency or web company connected with Us.

2.3 No third-party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.

2.4 We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. We may request such information as we consider reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entrant and Prizes may be withheld until and unless We are satisfied with the verification.

3 ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

3.1 Entries to a Contest must be received by Us between the dates and times specified in the Contest Notice. Any entries which are received outside of the Entry Period will not be considered, regardless of the reason.

4 WINNERS

4.1 Five (5) entries will be selected as Contest winners, and each winner will receive the Prize defined in Paragraph 5 below, and further described in the Contest Notice.

4.2 Winner(s) will comply with these Terms and Conditions. How you can become a Winner will be specified in the Contest Notice. The Winners will be notified via a Direct Message on Instagram, as specified in the Contest Notice.

4.3 The winner(s) of the Prize will be selected at random by independent judges. The judges' decision is final. No correspondence shall be entered into.

4.4. Disclosure of winners will be done on motorsportlive.com (international & local edition). Winners will be contacted by direct message (Facebook / Twitter). We will create a placeholder page in order to have the URL to be inserted in T&C By entering the competition, you expressly agree to permit such disclosure if you are the winner.

5 PRIZE

5.1 The Prize will be the prize specified in the Contest Notice, subject to these Terms and Conditions. In no event shall any entrant be entitled to win more than one Prize.

5.2 Prizes will be will be distributed via hand at Circuit Paul Ricard.

5.3 There are no Prize substitutions or cash alternatives and the Prize is not transferable.

5.4 Where for reasons outside of Our reasonable control We are unable to deliver to Winners the whole or any part of the Prize We shall have the right to substitute all or part of the Prize offered for an alternative prize which We reasonably nominate.

5.5 Both Winners will be solely responsible for all their own expenses, including without limitation travel expenses. We assume no responsibility and are not liable for any costs, charges, expenses or taxes (including normal postage costs) which any Winner may be required to pay at any time in connection with the Prize. Winners shall at all times be subject to all applicable ticket terms and conditions and venue rules.

5.6 An unclaimed Prize may not be awarded. The Prize is strictly non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

6 WINNER OBLIGATIONS

6.1 You consent to Us using your name and/or image in Our publicity for the Contests and in such promotional materials as We see fit whether now or in the future, anywhere in the world; and

6.2 You will not resell, offer for hire or otherwise transfer the Prize to any third party.

6.3 You will not attempt to re-enter the Contest.

7 FINAL DECISION

7.1 In all matters Our decision will be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into with you or any other party on your behalf regarding the process or details of such decision.

8 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by you in entering a Contest (whether or not such entry is successful) or in relation to you taking part in a Contest.

8.2 We will not be liable to you, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence) or otherwise in connection with the Contests for:

(a) loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings or loss of data; or

(b) any loss of goodwill or reputation; or

(c) any special or indirect or consequential losses; however caused. Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury as a result of Our negligence.

8.3 We will not be liable for any damages or losses as a result of failure by Us to deliver any Contest, the Prize or any other prizes as a result of any circumstances outside of Our direct and reasonable control including, but not limited to, as a result of a server failure (including but not limited to access delays or interruptions, data non-delivery or mis-delivery), any act(s) of God, war or terrorism, breaches of security or unauthorised use of personal data arising from hacking and/or failure or lack of reception of telephone or mobile telephone networks.

9 YOUR LIABILITY TO US AND YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

9.1 You agree to fully indemnify Us in respect of all liabilities, damages, claims, actions, expenses (including reasonable legal fees), demands or costs incurred by Us as a result of any breach by You of these Terms and Conditions including but not limited to any breach of Paragraph 6.

9.2 Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall affect any statutory rights to which you may be entitled as a consumer.

10 YOUR DATA

10.1 Your personal data will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and in accordance with Our RGPD privacy policy (available via the hyperlink at Paragraph 1.1 above) which governs Our use of personal data we collect from you.

11 GOVERNING LAW

11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with US law and any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Florida courts; however, the Terms and Conditions shall all times be subject to local laws and regulations controlling Contests as described in Paragraph 1.4 above.

12.2 Details of the winner(s) may be disclosed on Our Media platform above or obtained fourteen (14) days after the Notification. Then, you expressly agree to permit such disclosure if you are the winner.
