Hotels, Camping, and Where to Stay

    Where to Stay

Hockenheim itself offers various accommodation options for those looking to stay closer to the track, including hotels, B&B's, apartments and guest houses. If you are looking for a slightly larger town experience then the larger towns of Heidelberg, Mannheim and Ludwigshafen all offer several options, whilst only being located approximately 20km from the circuit.

Additionally, if you are looking for a bustling city break to go along with your F1 weekend, Frankfurt may be an option as it offers a wide range of accommodation options to suit all budgets, however, please be aware this is located about 1hr 30 minutes from the circuit.

Hockenheimring Campsite will open at 14:00 on Wednesday 24th July and close at 10:00 on Monday 29th July. All tickets are valid between this time and you are welcome to arrive anytime after gates open on Wednesday. We recommend arriving as early as possible to secure the best pitch!

One pitch space is valid for one vehicle and two people. If more than two people are staying on a pitch, an additional person pass will need to be purchased per person as applicable.

Shuttle buses will also be running from each campsite to the circuit to make travelling easier. Facilities include electricity, water and sanitary facilities (showers and toilets). Campers are advised to bring an extension cord in order to use the electricity.

Trackside camping is located at the closest campsites to the circuit - C2, C3 and C7.

Hockenheim Town camping is located in campsites in the nearby town - C5, C6 and C9.
