Time waits for no man and so we've made booking as simple and quick as we can, whilst giving you the flexibility to get what you want.
Everything we sell for a race is found by clicking on the relevant event under the 'race tickets and shop' menu option. On the left-side of the shop pages you'll see links to various items for sale including tickets, hospitality, accommodation, transport, and race extras. Please be aware that if a certain option isn't available (such as accommodation), it is because we do not currently offer it for that particular race.
To add an item to your shopping basket, simply enter the quantity you require in the adjacent box and click 'Add to Basket'. Every time you add an item from the shop, it will appear in the 'Shopping Basket' on the left-side of the screen so you know what you've purchased. Please be aware that if you change to another race whilst shopping, your basket will reset as you can only buy for one race at a time.
You can change the currency of the prices any time by selecting the relevant currency in the drop-down box at the bottom of the shopping basket.
Once you've chosen the items you want, then click the 'Checkout' button on the shopping basket to get a complete quote for your purchase including service fee and delivery to your preferred destination. There is no obligation to continue and you do not need to provide any personal details to get the quote.
If you have been given a gift voucher or discount code, then this can be entered on the checkout page and, if applicable, the discount will appear on checkout quote.

To help you manage your booking, we provide you with a customer account which you can access any time to view the status on your booking, make changes, and download useful information.
If you've booked with us before just enter your account details and we'll put the new booking into your existing account area to keep things as simple as possible.
For new customers, choose a memorable username (such as your email address) and a password, and we'll do the rest. Full information on how to access your account will be given to you at the end of your booking.
This is the details of the person making the purchase. If you've booked with us before we fill in the fields for you. Once satisfied, click 'Continue'.
If you'd like your order to be delivered to an alternative address then you can specify it on this page. Please be aware that the delivery country should match the delivery region you selected on the checkout page. Now click 'Continue'.
You can pay either by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cheque/postal order. Click your preferred option from the list. If you are paying by credit/debit card you can either do this by our secure online payment page, over the telephone, or even fax. If you did not pay by the credit/debit online card form then we will give you full information on what to do on the next screen and by email. Once you have chosen, click 'Continue'.
That's it! Your booking request is now placed with us and we will email the details to you. Sometimes email software can mistake this for junk mail, so if no email turns up in a few minutes then please check any junk email folders on your email software. If you have not paid by credit/debit card online then please try and make payment to us as soon as possible as your tickets are not secured until payment is cleared.
