  1. Do you sell one-day tickets?

    Each circuit has their own policy on ticketing; some circuits provide tickets for individual days whilst others only offer full weekend tickets. In the latter case, you would need to purchase a weekend ticket even if you only intended to visit on one day.

    Our ticket page lists the day combinations available for each race under 'Entry', so if the exact ticket day(s) you're looking for are not in the list then you may have to choose the nearest match. If the entry period listed covers multiple days e.g. 'Fri-Sun' then you're entitled entry on each of those days with a single ticket.

     
  2. Can I request a special seating position within a stand?

    Circuits will allocate your seats on a system of 'next best available' at the time of booking. If you do have a special request then please put this in the 'comments' box on the billing details page.

    However, please be aware that there are no guarantees special requests can be fulfilled. Because of the large number of spectators at the Grand Prix events, each circuit has their own way of organising ticketing - some can be more flexible than others with regards to seating positions, but in order to effectively manage their ticketing, many circuits do not accept special requests. Similarly, there may not be any availability in your requested position.

    Our best advice is to be as open as possible with your seating and if you do have a request then we will be happy to pass this on but please be prepared that the circuit may not be able to fulfil it.

     
  3. Does my viewing area have a large-screen television?

    Some grandstands/viewing areas are in view of large screen televisions to help you keep up with the action on other parts of the track. These are represented on the ticketing page by a TV icon.

    However, please be aware that in practice television screens can be relatively far away or at an angle so may be hard to follow. Circuits also have the right to move/change the screens without notice so they make no guarantees that a spectator with any type of ticket will have a view of a television screen. Therefore, please consider the TV icons as a guide only.

    One great way to overcome the limitation of TV screens was to rent a FanVision but unfortunately at the current time FanVision have been unable to reach a new deal with Formula One Management. We hope to see FanVision return in a future season.

     
  4. Can I visit the pit lane and garages?

    The pit area is at the heart of any race and so it is not unexpected that many customers request access to the pits. However, because of the large amount of activity going on in the pit area on race weekend, in general, spectators are not allowed to access the area. Unfortunately it would be impractical and potentially dangerous to have a continuous flow of spectators touring the pits, particularly taking into account the number of visitors at race circuits compared to the size of the pit area.

    There are some exceptions but this varies depending on the race and circuit. Some hospitality tickets include pit tours - this will be specified in the hospitality ticket benefits. For those purchasing more modest tickets, certain circuits open up public pit access such as on the Thursday at some events and some MotoGP races include a pit access slot as an extra ticket purchase. Please check the ticket page of each race for information on any pit access availability.

     
  5. What currency are your prices in?

    You choose! We accept payment in Great British Pounds (GBP £), Euro (EUR €), United States Dollars (USD $), Canadian Dollars (CAD $), and Australian Dollars (AUD $). If you want to change the currency of the prices, simply select the appropriate currency in the drop-down menu below your shopping basket or on the checkout page. We charge your card in the currency you select so the prices you see are what you pay and not an estimate.

     
  6. What payment methods do you accept?

    You can pay by debit/credit card either online or by fax, or we can take your card details over the telephone. We accept American Express, JCB, MasterCard, Solo, Switch/UK Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, and Visa Electron.

    We also accept payment by PayPal, bank transfer and cheque/postal order.

     
  7. Is booking online safe?

    We support 256bit SSL so that any personal information you provide us with is sent encrypted, making it is virtually impossible to intercept by third-parties. Credit/debit card payments are handled by Barclays Merchant Services and SagePay and so you can be confident about first-rate security.

    If you are uncomfortable or unfamiliar with booking online, then we're happy to take your booking over the telephone.

     
  8. Is my booking confirmed immediately?

    Your booking details will always be emailed to you immediately. Gift vouchers are confirmed straight away, and for race tickets, our team will confirm your booking as soon as possible, usually the same day.

    If you have not paid by credit/debit card then your booking will not be confirmed until funds have cleared - for security reasons.

    If there is a change in either the price or availability of your tickets before your booking is confirmed, then you will receive an email advising you of this with the option to amend the booking or be fully refunded, if applicable. Therefore, when you receive a confirmation email your order has been secured.

     
  9. When do I receive my tickets and how are they delivered?

    Race tickets are dispatched as soon as they are printed by the circuit. This varies depending on the race and time of booking, but to minimise fraud, many circuits only release tickets two to four weeks before the event. As the race date approaches, keep an eye on your online account which contains up-to-date information on the estimated ticket dispatch date.

    If you are worried about conflicting travel plans then please do let us know as, if necessary, we can arrange for the tickets to be couriered directly to your hotel/residence on your trip to time with your travel plans. For some events we can also offer a box office collection as an alternative to courier delivery.

    Tickets are dispatched by DHL Worldwide Express for delivery locations outside the UK and Royal Mail Special Delivery for UK destinations. In both cases, we will email you a delivery tracking number when they're sent and somebody will need to be available to sign for the delivery.

    If the tickets are a gift, you may like to consider one of our gift certificates as a tangible alternative until the tickets arrive.

     
  10. What is your policy on refunds and cancellations?

    If your order has not been confirmed then we are happy to cancel your order and refund your money if applicable.

    For race tickets, once the order has been confirmed, generally we are not able to offer refunds because circuits do not allow order cancellations. However, for most events we do offer the option of Booking Protection on the checkout which provides extra cover if your circumstances change and you are unable to attend - click here for more information on Booking Protection. If you have not opted for Booking Protection but do need to cancel please contact us and we will try to help in any way we can.

    For vouchers, we may able to offer a refund if the voucher is un-used but please be aware that refunds may include a cancellation fee.

    We receive regular requests for help and donations with charitable events and because unfortunately we cannot support every request, we have nominated an official charity that we focus our charitable donations and fund-raising efforts towards.
