SINGAPORE FORMULA 1 GRAND PRIX
Below you will find reviews, ratings, and tips on the circuit from other race fans.
Really enjoyed the Racing. The only comment I have is that you could not go to all areas of the circuit. The entertainment where we were was limited and although it was good the bike stunts were the same each time they came to the stage.

Having experienced the very first night race in Singapore, both myself and my uncle were very excited to return again this year. The F1 didn't disappoint in terms of action throughout the race (Webber taking out Hamilton was a bitter pill to swallow), however the entertainment for the marina bay grandstand left a lot to be desired! Watching 6 freestyle trials bike shows where they did the same thing everytime, meant that the grandstand would empty very quickly as most people watching simply couldn't stomach watching such an awful event. I will never get that time back!
Further to this our frustrations at the lack of access to areas which were previously allowed in 2008, due to over zealous marshalling and ticket checking. We never gained access to the track after the race like we did in 08. We did however get to walk most of the track on the Wednesday night whilst the track was still undergoing maintenance to catch Schumacher riding the track on a scooter, Glock running the track, along with many of the Renault and Redbull mechanics. So arrive early!!
Getting into and leaving the track was quite probably the most annoying experience of the whole weekend. The ticketing system was checked electronically, which crashed on the Friday at opening time, therefore the people that que'd were left to wait longer as no back up plan had been put in place for such a scenario. 10 mins later they reverted to manual checking of tickets.
Further to this your ticket was scanned when exiting the circuit. This coupled with the ridiculous methods of channeling people into congested areas, to the point of hurding cattle, meant 20,000 plus people had a very long wait to exit the track after qualifying and the race. There was very little co-ordination between marshalls, ushers and or the police, which is most unlike the usual organised Singapore custom.
We are likely to return next year, as the whole Singapore experience is so worth it, however they must think long and hard about how this years weekend was managed from start to finish and the entertainment that is on offer for the spectators.

Although I did have a great time, as did my friend, the seats were not exactly where I requested.
Let me first say that we could see the race very well. We had a great time and I would book my tickets with you again without hesitation. However, as I wanted seats on Turn 3 as close to the Turn 2 stands as possible and as high in elevation as possible, meaning right under the 'Sky Seating', we were down a few rows and room was very cramped. My friend Nate is 6'6" and there was leg room enough for someone 5'8"-ish. He sat in seat 1 so his legs could extend slightly past the seat in front of him on the left hand side in the isle. Our seats were, A1, Row 15, Seat 1-2.
I wanted the upper most seats so we would actually have no one in front of us. There were about 5 more rows above us, & the highest row extended to the end of the stands. The isle went right up to the last row, and the few lucky ones who were sitting there with leg room and a slightly better view...
