The current 2nd discount period ticket prices are expected to be available until Thursday, 30 May 2013.
Friday grandstand and general admission tickets work on a roving seat policy, where spectators can sit in any public grandstand (excludes Central Grandstand which is reserved).
Saturday and Sunday-only grandstand tickets go on sale from 1st August 2013. However, up until 30th May 2013, a 3-day ticket is cheaper than a one-day ticket and even after this date the price difference is very small. It is also worth noting that by August some of the grandstands may have sold out.
A free pitwalk is held on the Thursday between 3:00pm to 6:00pm for all 3-day ticketholders.
In Grandstand 8, section 8a is higher than section 8b. In Grandstand 23, section 23b is nearer the pit entrance than section 23a.
Child tickets are not offered by this event and so an adult ticket must be purchased.
Children up to and including 11 years old get free General Admission entry. However, children of all ages are required to purchase a full-price ticket to view from a Grandstand.
Spectators with a wheelchair-disability are allowed free entry into the circuit and do not need to buy a ticket. Vedano 25 is a wheelchair-accessible grandstand and cannot be pre-booked so spectators just need to arrive on the day. One companion is allowed in the stand, but the companion must buy a General Admission ticket to enter the circuit.
