BRITISH FORMULA 1 GRAND PRIX
Below you will find reviews, ratings, and tips on the circuit from other race fans.
Used to visit each year with my young boys but gave up when screens were turned to accommodate viewing for the champagne swilling brigade who weren't even interested in watching and you were trying to flog £100 handheld TV's. Now I find I can't even buy a single 1 day Saturday ticket - it's 3 days or nothing, costing an arm and a leg. Bad move Bernie - you may be making money, but you're losing genuine fans - as if you care!
Been to the circuit a few times. Brilliant views, the after race parties are great and the circuit campsite had a fantastic atmosphere!
Had a really fantastic day, the weather was amazing, transport to and from the circuit was good, the circuit it self was friendly, well organised etc- lots of facilites- lovin' the Red arrows, just one point next year can alter the race result?!
(2004) A disappointment, after Spa and Hockenheim, though lifted to some extent by a Beach Boys concert following the race. Decidedly chilly weather didn't help (it is an airfield after all), and I never did manage to find a good place to view the action. Maybe I'll pay the extra for a seat in the stands next time.
