Facilities have improved over recent years. Catering still overpriced and would be used more if prices were sensible. Confusion over general access / roving ticket arrangements on Friday & Saturday - Stewards had conflicting views on which tickets were valid where

Excellent day.

Overall an excellent weekends racing and all with a festival feel. The weather obviously helped and I find it difficult to find any fault. However not to see the Black Cats do there display or the Tornado arive to do its display (the best experience from 2009 in my view) was a dissapointment, but only dented the overall experience. I took an F1 virgin with me to the weekend and he is now hooked and expecting to bring his family to next years event further growing the F1 community. Same again next year please.

I had a fabulous 'day at the races' on Grand Prix Sunday. The route, parking, facilities, staff, stadia and my view from Luffield were all excellent.
The meet had a nice mixture of families, enthusiasts and first time novices, like myself.
Each of the advertised fixtures occurred at the time given on the timetable.
I would recommend people tune in to 5 live for commentary. Watching a simultaneous broadcast on one of the many large screens dotted around the grounds enhanced the experience. Their is the added advantage that the earplugs act as a noise dampener.
I thoroughly enjoyed the event and would recommend it to anyone, especially armchair fans who have always harbored a wish to attend. Do not hesitate. Book a ticket. you will-not be disappointed.

Excellent weekend from start (Friday) to finish (Sunday). Seats in Woodcote A gave great view of new parts of the circuit & close enough to all facilities. Kanagaroos were an indispensable part of the experience & would recommend them to anyone attending. Also being able to rove around on Friday & Saturday meant that we got a much better feel for the circuit as a whole.

Tickets arrived with no problem when they were due. Communication from the Book F1 team was very good. Access to circuit parking was quick and easy to access and exit. Got up really close to the track and the atmosphere was great. Will definately be going again next year.

Everything was hopelessly organised....toilets put me off totally.

The roving seat is a fantastic idea on Friday and Saturday, but make sure you take food with you, I unwittingly paid £6:50 for just a burger.

Very Nice race

First time to a live grand prix event for my son and I ( 30 year old and old git of 60 ) we purchased tickets for each others birthday present and paid a total of over £600, travelling from London on each of the 3 days.
Ticket purchase and travel information was good from f1, but could have done with advice of noise levels/ ear plug requirement prior to arrival.
Whilst understanding the record attendances over the 3 days, given the hype over new course layout and facility improvements etc and the Brits standing in the Championship currently, Mr Ecclesstone and Co should have planned better for success and not assumed previous attendance levels. Toilet numbers and cleanliness were a disgrace.We have been to many other events where attendances have been well over 100000 ( Wembley,Americas Cup,Barcelona and Real Madrid FC, Grand National etc ) and have found things much better.
Signage within complex was poor and food quality (given prices charged) was only poor/average quality. Provision of rubbish bins was poor or should have been emptied regularly thro day.
Better promotion of Park and Ride scheme required, as this was by far the most impressive aspect of service provided....saved time and eco friendly (well done )
The race itself was a little (early collision apart) processional.
Did we get £600 worth over 3 days (Luffield B )........NO I'm afraid not.This will be a one off.

Better than expected from outset. Traffic flow surprisingly good (highways closed A43 to through traffic) and parking was only minutes from Club Silverstone and Becketts which provided excellent view. Food quite reasonable and toilets remained clean. Staff at Club were particularly pleasant and informed - unlike elsewhere on the circuit where they would have benefited from a training day! Weather was excellent but facilities would have been invaluable had it rained.

The only thing was when we got dropped back to the M40 Park and Ride the bus would not take us near to our car (parked near the end of the tarmac runway, and I am heavily pregnant and after a long hot day the distance was not welcome when the bus drove right past us.

I thought getting in and out of circuit would have been difficult, but it worked out so quick. It was very well organised. Facilities near Luffield C were excellent. We had a lovely weekend thanks!

With the weather just great this was surely a big advantage to first timer !!
Got there early no problems getting in to the circuit
Very glad I had a allocated seat.
enjoyed all things at the track
Drinks and food a 'rip off' so glad I took my own !
binoculars are a must to see the TV screens - why can they not be closer ? and more of them?
The camp site facilities were fine in the Thursday and Friday - BUT THEN OH MY GOD Saturday and sunday A DISGRACE. Blocked loos, a hour long ques for the
showers. (have picture if you want them !) I wonder if next year will be any better with just the 1 off ! permanent shower toilet blocks promised?

One of the best weekends every! We got seats at the first corner next to the start/finish line and got some amazing pictures. The large screens and radions were excellent.
Can't wait for next year, will be booking with bookf1 again, thank you!
