BELGIAN FORMULA 1 GRAND PRIX
Below you will find reviews, ratings, and tips on the circuit from other race fans.
RACING BRILLIANT. IF YOU ARE CRIPPLED, FRAIL, AGED OR HANDICAPPED IN ANYWAY THIS IS NOT THE CIRCUIT FOR YOU. NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. SEATING NOT OF A GOOD QUALITY. PAY HUGE SUMS OF MONEY AND THE GRAND STANDS ARE NOT ELEVATED ENOUGH - COMBES: PROBABLY ONE OF THE BEST SECTIONS ON THE CIRCUIT, BUT SEATING DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO EVEN BLINK AN EYE AND YOU WILL MISS THE ACTION. VERY DISSAPOINTING. ORGANISERS SHOULD TAKE A PAGE OUT OF THE BOOK OF BAHRAIN AND HOCKENHEIM. AS HAMILTON WOULD SAY "THAT'S HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE".
Despite really long delays getting into the circuit,Spa lived up to all expectations, great view points, the awesome Eau Rouge and a fantastic atmosphere. Book F1 were great despite late delivery of tickets- next year I will spend more on a better seat, definintely going back!
Generally good service but late delivery of tickets nearly led to heart failure. Not book f1 fault
Following on of the best Grand Prix visits in the history of the sport, the experience at SPA 2008 was incredible.
With regard to the BookF1 website, they are very well organised and the tickets were dispatched, and received in good time. On a personal note, I thought that the bronze facilities were awesome in comparison to those at other circuits such as silverstone.
Highly recomended and will use again!!
Kind Regards

(PS - lets hope hamilton recieves his points back)
I love the track and although its big and a lot of walking to get around, the views are worth it. The only problem i found was the lack of diverse food outlets. Every single hut sells a horrible burger, hot dog or fries. You wont find any other caterers!!!!
This was a great track and a good experience had a great wkend good seats just abit expensive whilst there and will be shortley booking silverstone for next year through these guys keep up the good work speak to you soon
Until you have seen this in person you cannot appreciate the speed noise and violence of F1. sUPURBE!
A fantastict three days of Motor sport ruined by three people who apparantely have no detailed knowledge of F1!!!
The first 2 days of the weekend were fantastic. Getting in and around was fairly straight forward and parking was spot on! Sunday morning was busy getting in as you expect, however nothing prepared is for the 3 hours it took to get out the parking areas! We were then guided all around the back roads only to end up a few metres from the road we wanted but could not access because of the local police! The organisation of the parking was very poor, worse than silverstone a few years ago! That aside fantastic!
Everything was great in service . This year I will book early to get a better seat maybe closest to the track .Coordination receiving tickets, logistics in general and seats were great . For me , a five starts is exactly .
The track at Belgium is not the easiest to get to but once you are there and the first thing you see is Eau Rouge you suddenly forget the train and bus ride to get there, it seems like the hills of Belgium are alive with the sound of motors.
after the race, this is no shuttle bus back to the railway station, nearly 50 people left in the rain. 2hours later We had to spend 20 eur each to take texi.
I think you should expand inforamtion concerning getting to and from by car. The arrangements can only be described a chaotic; On the Sat.I spent 1 hr+ within 2 km of the track and eventually had a 30 min walk to Eau Rouge. On the Sunday I ignored the taffic jam, travelled a further 4km to Gold (????champs) parked in a field and took the shuttle bus to the F1 village! Alright for those who understand the system but did take away a lot from the enjoyment of the meeting for those like me on a first visit
took friends with us and they are still on cloud nine, it was amazing, obviously not the result.
This was my third Grand Prix, but my first abroad, and i have to say i thought it was fantastic. The circuit was so much more interesting than Silverstone, and there were some spectacular vantage points, even for me with a general admission pass. The local area was great, we camped near Stavelot which was a lovely little town. A fantastic weekend and an easy foreign grand prix.
(2000 and 2002) My first Grand Prix, and always special despite the circuit showing its age. Not the greatest circuit for the spectator with just a bronze ticket - only 40 something laps, not much overtaking and the best viewing areas all taken by stands - but a must for every motor sport fan. My first sight of the climb from Eau Rouge
will remain with me forever, and the walk down from Francochamps is almost as entertaining as the race itself. Make sure you walk the circuit and enjoy the Ardennes countryside, but dress appropriately. Autumn comes early, and if it's not already raining, then it soon will be.
