AUSTRALIAN FORMULA 1 GRAND PRIX

Well worth the trip to go to Albert Park, friendly people and not crowded. Advantage tickets were great value, giving access to the main straight for a once in a lifetime photo opportunity.
Jones stand is a good place to watch from but,,, the Brabham would possibly be a better bet as you will see more of the front of the cars going round the corners. Transport to and from the event is first class via a free tram service
Lastly do not forget the sun screen...

We had a great weekend at the Aus GP! especially with the GP advantage tix! The seats were pretty amazing, right near the front of the stands, close to the action and the 4 corner gave us a chance to see different views! Will definitley go again!! thanks BookF1!!

The view from our seats was a bit restricted. Couldn't see the cars until they were right on turn 1 and didn't look far beyond turn 2. Cover would have been nice for the price. Suggest offering 2 and 3-day grandstand tickets, like your 4 Corners package, for those with less time- we paid for 4 days and were only able to attend 3 days. Our exit after the race was very slow due to a bottleneck at the pedestrian overpass on the eastern side of the circuit.

Excellent weekend, tremendous facilities and very good and well organised transport.
Great atmosphere.
Hopefully they do not take the race away from Melbourne streets.

The service from Maria for excellent, what a happy, helpful and just a nice lady! Due to her we will only ever make F1 booking through your company in the future. The booking, arrival of the tickets and the race itself was first class, a good service and i thank you.

Unable to hear comentary and so soon lost track of car positions. It would be very helpfull to have leader boards that all can see.

Ok, so overall i some what enjoyed my experience. What ruined my holiday was missing all the things my GP Advantage Tickets entitled me to as i was not told that i had earlier access to the track, my itinery said gates opened at 10.30, but apparently GP Advantage holders could get in as of 9!. For example, on Thursday, i had a pit walk, which my husband was really excited to do, yet my itinery that i was sent said it happened during the morning, nothing more. I approached many many staff, all telling us to go to a certain spot, only having to go to that spot and being sent back. This happened so many times that i missed out!!
Then on Thursday i was looking forward to the photo's on the grid, once again the brilliant staff had no idea what i was talking about and no idea where to send me only to find out, oh you guessed it, it was before gates opened once again..
So really, the 4 day pass was a waste of money for myself when the things i was looking forward to do i missed out on.
So for the future i think your company needs to send out a better itinery, as the itinery i had to get came from a faccebook page, i shouldnt need to be printing that as yours only said "thursday morning pit walk" What time?" "What area?"
So give a little more information! I saw alot of people with the same pass as me so id think there would be alot more unhappy people.

We had a marvellous weekend. The weather could have been better but the sun shone on the Sunday. We were positioned at Turn 2 with a view of the big screen. There was entertainment all day with various races especially the V8's whcih were a bonus. The free Tram service was great and I applaud the Melbourne City Council for laying on such great services. Will definitely be going back.

Seating was good however at the same event I would probably go fo one of the stands along pit straight

To far to walk between toilets. Larger directional signs. Signs on rear of flag marshalls tent showing turn number and smaller numbers and arrows showing number of turn before and after.

Fantastic time had..Thursday-Sunday tickets at prost stand. Great view

Transport to and from the evnt was very good except at the end of Sunday when I had to walk back to Flinders Street. All facilities were very good and quick and easy to get service. Long gaps where nothing happened.

The GP itself was great, the seats were good except the part that Clark was facing the sunset during the race, making it hard on the eye. Would be nice if the Clark grandstand was moved so it looked down the race track, with the sun to your left. It would be easier to see, and you are allowed to see the cars coming down to the turn.

A major problem I had was that another company named Monaco was selling 4 corner tickets that had the same seat numbers as bookf1, Bookf1 customers were granted permission in the printed seats. Not sure what caused a sale of the same seats to different customers, but it would be nice to look into to prevent it from happening again in the future.

Had a fantastic day from start to finish...all facilities were great.
Vodafone viewing point hammocks was a stupid idea and an actual waste of space.. We were directly in front of it on a concrete block and had agreat view..

the race was amazing and well worth the cost.

Weather was stunning, 4 corner ticket was a great opportunity to experience different views - more circuits should do it!!!

we had a fantastic day at the grand prix and got lucky with our view of turn 2 and we could see the big screen. Best to get there early though to get yourself a good spot if you have general admission tickets. It was really easy to get to the crcuit on the trams and very well organised from start to finish. The day was even better because of the rain which made the race more exciting and of course since Button won!!!

Circuit run very efficiently. Enjoyed seeing the drivers in the Austin Healeys cars before the race.
